Please tell us the model and details. Samples fee is charged based on your requirement. And shipping cost is paid by buyer.
6. Could I place a trial order before bulk purchase?

7. Could you make the mold based on our 3D file?
Yes, we offer mold making service. You could send us your 3D file or rough drawing, then we will make a prototype for your confirmation. After everything is confirmed, we will move on mold making, which takes about 25-30 days.
8. How long is your warranty?
Our warranty is two year. Before delivery, we will check out every single product carefully. Please keep us informed if there is quality problem.
